Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you no-show or cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee may be applied. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. Preparation Please arrive with most hair growth at least the length of a grain of rice. Avoid shaving between appointments for best results. Payments Remaining balances are due at the end of your appointment, preferably in cash. If paying with a card, applicable tax and transaction fees will be added. Arrival Instructions Please park in the lot located on the side of the tall building labeled Monroe. Enter through the side door — my suite is the first door on the left.
